1) Will there be any warranty on jewellery items?
We provide a one-year warranty for our jewelry items. If a manufacturing defect is identified, we will gladly repair it at no cost.
2) I have damaged by product, can you help?
We are glad to help. In instances of customer mishandling, we offer affordable repairs.
3) What if there is a problem with my purchase?
If there's any making issues, we'll repair it free of charge. If you're still dissatisfied, you can utilize our exchange or buyback policies
4) What if I do not know the size?

5) Can I re-size my jewellery ? / What happens if the jewellery I bought doesn't fit?
If you ever need to adjust the size of your ring, we're here to assist you. We offer free resizing within 15 days of your delivery date, unless resizing isn't feasible. After this initial period, resizing can still be done, but the customer will have to bear the shipping cost. Should the resizing require additional metal, resulting in a higher cost, that difference will be covered by the customer. Conversely, if the resized ring costs less than the original, we'll happily refund the difference to you.
6) Should we pay to have a product resized?
We're happy to offer complimentary resizing for your ring within the first 15 days from the delivery date, unless resizing isn't feasible. If resizing is required after this initial period; shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
7) What is the estimated delivery time for Amorfi products?
Most products usually arrive within 10 working days, though delivery times may vary based on your specific area code. You can find the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
8) Who will bear the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
9) What happens if my order is lost or stolen during shipping before I receive it?
Your jewelry is fully insured by us. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or stolen during shipping before it reaches you, we've got you covered.
10) What should I do if my order arrives in a damaged or incomplete state?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, here's what to do: 1. Call us to report the issue. 2. Provide a picture of the damaged item. 3. We'll arrange a pickup for quality check. 4. Choose between a full refund or a replacement once we verify the damage.
