Warranty Coverage: Amorfi Jewels offers a 12-month limited warranty on all lab-grown diamond jewelry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or loss of stones.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Lifetime Care: Beyond the warranty period, Amorfi Jewels offers lifetime care services such as cleaning, polishing, and resizing for a nominal fee.
